Select transactions include a ~$150MM debt and equity raise for a Canadian equipment finance originator (built 3-statement model for US, Canada, and consolidated entities; drafted teaser and CIM delivered to 100+ parties), a ~$125MM acquisition of a whole-bank's equipment finance subsidiary, and a ~$250MM forward flow partnership for a West Coast-based equipment finance lessor.
