    • Modeled the pro forma entity at close in the event of a securities portfolio churn to reduce AOCI concerns
    • Rendered the fairness opinion of and produced the proxy insert for the transaction
  • Acquisition of KANZA Financial Corporation by PBT Bancshares, Inc.
    • Reviewed recent loan analysis to recommend formal list of loan detail to review in second round diligence
    • Estimated termination costs of 15+ material contracts and their effect on purchase price
  • Acquisition of Fidelity Kansas Bankshares, Inc. by Heritage Bancshares, Inc.
    • Modeled 10+ potential buyers in hypothetical transactions to estimate competitors' ability-to-pay
    • Valued the largest customer relationship and impact to deal value in case of deposit runoff using DCF analysis
